Penta Wave is a slider system with reinforced mini sliding pillars, suitable for trucks and trailers. Penta Wave has a Quick Lock door in the front and a standard door at the rear, using a curtain pole and ratchet tensioner. This way the cargo space can be opened and closed within seconds either way.
The system is adaptable to a number of logistical challenges, such as the transport of beverages or palletized goods. Versus Penta Wave meets the EN 12642 XL standard for safety of loads.
Options:
• 2 Quick Lock doors on each side, for an even faster service.
• Standard door in front and rear in combination a curtain pole in front and rear.
The rollers of a Penta slider system are sliding at the top and chassis in dedicated tracks. At the top the Penta Wave uses the Duo Penta rail. The Duo Penta is a self-supporting aluminium track that can be used with a fixed or a sliding roof. At the chassis the system has a special profile: the Penta Wave stainless steel track. This track has a height of 57 mm and is bolted against a side rave of the chassis.
As a logistic company you want an efficient and hard-wearing system. That is why we tested the Penta Wave slider on the DAF Trucks test circuit at Eindhoven, where we successfully simulated 1.7 million km of different road conditions, including bad roads.
