Scala sliding pillars

INTRODUCING SCALA – our solution for safer and more efficient
load security.

Scala offers a comprehensive range of sliding pillars designed to suit
diverse customer needs, combining versatility and durability.
What makes Scala unique is its ingenious design, enabling numerous
combinations using a minimal parts inventory. This reduces the
requirement for extensive stock, therefore simplifying logistics and
cutting overhead costs. Scala includes fixed pillars, lifting pillars,
universal pillars without chassis hooks and PRO lifting pillars with
Lift&Drive, covering all cargo securing aspects.

Central to Scala’s excellence is its focus on durability. Crafted precisely,
Scala pillars boast a protrusion-free build, minimizing potential damage
to tarpaulins and components. This prolongs the lifespan of both the
pillar and the trailer. Riveted components, instead of welded ones,
ensure enhanced resilience and easy installation. Cast and forged
hook-and-pin mechanisms enhance durability.

REDEFINE CARGO SECURITY WITH SCALA – where safety
meets innovation.

This allows for flexibility and convenience, without the need for
extensive inventory. This not only saves you costs but also valuable
space.
Additionally, we always use the same monobolts for assembly,
eliminating the need for different fasteners for different parts. This
ensures efficient and accurate assembly, reducing errors.
Last but not least, we made sure that spare parts are easily replaceable
so you can quickly fix any damages. If you should have an accident
that damages the pillar, it is not necessary to replace the entire pillar.
It suffices to only replace the damaged part.

Traditional sliding pillars, while functional, may pose the risk of
inadvertently dropping down upon opening.
The double interlock system of the Scala pillar ensures that the
pillar remains steadfast and secure when handling, eliminating any
concerns of accidental falling when the pillar is opened.
This not only prevents damage to the vehicle but also enhances the
safety of the driver.
The integration of a lever-operated handle streamlines the process of
unlocking and locking the pillar, unlike conventional pillars that might
involve intricate maneuvers or physical exertion.
